Yesterday we drove up to Silver Dollar City with Aunt Sarah, Uncle Johnny, Max and Hazel. We had buddy passes for their Christmas celebration and so we decided to invite the Allreds.
It was cold but we had a great time.
Tuck was sad to not get to ride "Thunderation" but he was happy that his cousins waited with them.

And Uncle Johnny rode with Tanner on "Thunderation". They all loved it.
Then we made our way down to "The Grand Exposition" area and the kids were able to play. Chris took Tanner and Bailey on the swings and then Uncle Johnny took Max on the swings.
Then we rode the hopping frogs. This is always a favorite for my younger two. Tanner decided he was too cool this time.
This was Max and Hazel's first time at the park. They were fans. You can't tell in this picture, but Hazel was happy during the ride.
We rode a few more rides and then went to eat dinner. We ate at our traditional winter restaurant
"The Mine Restaurant" where we were able to warm up and enjoy a yummy dinner.

Then it was time for the parade. The kids were so excited.
After the parade, we were able to ride the train around the park and listen to the nativity.
Tucker loved the train ride. It's always his favorite part of our time at Silver Dollar City.
Before leaving the park, we snagged a picture in front of the giant tree.
We had a great time at the park and we were glad to be able to share the day with the Allreds. It's so fun to have them living so close.
Merry Christmas from Silver Dollar City!
