We had a great time celebrating Dad's 43 birthday. Mimi and Grandpa were visiting from Tucker's baptism still and that made it extra special. We did celebrate a day early because we had a band concert for Tanner on Dad's actual birthday, but it was great.
We ate a yummy steak dinner and ate more "Strawberries & Cream" Cake.
Then we gave Dad all his presents and went for a walk as a family.
That night we watched a movie with Mimi after the kids went to bed.
We sure love this amazing guy. Maybe one of his favorite gifts was the fact that I didn't ask for a single picture on his birthday. So I'm using a picture from a different day.
He's just the best and we are so grateful for all he does. He's a wonderful example of selfless service, unconditional love and hard work.
