Drake Family Reunion- Park City 2015

We just got home from the "Drake Family Reunion". It was in Park City, UT this year and it was so much fun. Our last reunion was three years ago. It's been forever since I've seen most of my cousins and we had a great time catching up.
We left after school on Thursday to fly to Utah with Nanny and Papa. Chris couldn't come, but we felt so lucky to have help. I've never flown with Tucker and I was nervous.
The kids did great on the flights and we arrived in Park City around 10 pm on Thursday night.
Friday morning we all loaded up and headed over to Mountain Park. The park was mostly closed due to the rain. But that didn't stop these boys from having fun. My cousin Christian and Tucker bonded in the rain. While Blake and Tucker shared an umbrella.
Tucker just walked around like he owned the place.
Eventually they opened the carousel for us. So the kids got to play on there. Bailey was so excited to ride the elephant.
Tanner enjoyed it too.

Since the rain didn't stop, we decided to go bowling. We had to rent out about 7 lanes. There were so many of us. Lol.
Again, Tucker and Uncle David got to spent some quality time together. Thank goodness for awesome Aunts and Uncles.
The kids had a great time bowling.

Tucker missed his morning nap so he was super cranky/snugly.

I sure love these crazy kids. They make life crazy difficult sometimes, but they also make life so fun.
Tanner took his job as score keeper very seriously.
After bowling, we went to eat lunch at "Dairy Keen". They had these adorable train tables.
Tanner pulled a vanishing act soon after we sat down and had us all in a panic. We found him inside the restaurant playing at a Lego table. Phew! That boy!!!

We ate our burgers and shakes. Then because the weather cleared up, we went back to Mountain Park and got to play there. We bought passes for the "alpine slides" and the "alpine coaster". It was so fun. We had to ride the ski lift to the top of the mountain to do the slide. That part was a little nerve racking, but the kids did great.

After we unloaded from the ski lift, we grabbed some sleds and dragged them to the launch point.
Here we are all ready to take off.

Laura was kind enough to ride with Tanner and take care of him on the ski lift
Bailey and I rode together
And then Tanner and Aunt Laura rode on the slide running parallel to us, so we could see them the whole time.
Laura snapped these pics on her phone while we rode down the slide.
Here we are on the slides. We tried to race, but we had to let Tanner win. Since Bailey didn't care who won, it seemed easier to let Tanner come in first.
Tanner loved it.
Next we got in line for the "alpine coasters". These were  like go carts but on tracks. We rode the coasters up the mountain on a track and then on the way back down we could control the speed.
Again, Tanner and Aunt Laura rode together. Tanner loved it and didn't want to use the brakes at all.
I took Bailey and she squealed the entire time. She loved it so much.
While we all rode the coasters, Aunt Lynnette and Tucker bonded on the carousel. She said Tucker was grinning the entire time, but wouldn't look at the camera. Lol.
After playing at "Mountain Park"  we went back to the condo.
Here is a pic of all 7 drake cousins chilling on the couch together. 7 cousins, ages 5 and under.
Then we went swimming at the condo pool.
It was a nice indoor/outdoor pool and it was lots of fun.
For some reason, Bailey couldn't stop giving Max kisses. That was pretty funny.
And tucker enjoyed the pool for about 5 minutes until he decided it was time for bed. Nanny took him back to our condo to put him to bed. Poor kid was so worn out.
Bailey discovered the older girl cousins and fell in love. She followed these girls everywhere and they were so sweet to include her and play with her.
She was literally in heaven!
Tanner and the older cousins discovered the hot tub or "warm pool" in Tanner's words. lol.

After the pool we grilled burgers and ate outside. Then it started sprinkling so we ran back to our condo. We decided to soak in the hot tub on the condo's back porch. It was so nice, until a freak thunderstorm blew through and the temperature dropped about 20 degrees. We had to go in when we saw lightning.
The next morning was Saturday. Tucker and Max got to spend some quality time together in his pack-n-play. They are only 9 months apart. They are so cute together!
We left the little ones with Nanny, Aunt Sarah, Aunt Lynnette and Maren, while the rest of the family went rafting.
These two were awesome little rafters.

We pushed off and rafted for about 7 miles.

The kids loved it so much. Tanner paddled quite a bit and Bailey was content to sit inside the raft and watch.

Right as we pulled our rafts out of the water it started to rain again. We were lucky.
While all the older cousins were gone rafting, the babes that were under 3 years old, went out to explore Park City.
Here is the stroller brigade. So cute!

After we got back to our condo, it was back to the hot tub.
Then we ate dinner and took family pictures.
Here is my entire family, minus my husband. I'm so sad he couldn't come. He would have loved it.
And my three little munchkins.
Tucker and Carson totally bonded during the grandkid pics.
Here's a sibling picture. Love these people so much!
And here is big group shot of everyone who was there. These people are so great.
Oh and one pic of the condo where we stayed. It was called "The Canyons" and it was a pretty sweet setup.
We checked out Sunday morning and drove over to Layton. Sarah and Johnny planned to bless baby Hazel so we were able to be there for that.
After the blessing they hosted a luncheon at their cute little farm house. The weather was perfect.  We all sat on blankets and enjoyed a sandwich lunch.
Tanner loved Aunt Sarah's house and her barn.
Bailey found the older girl cousins again and loved life.

Tucker loved walking around outside.
Baby Hazel was so good for her blessing and didn't make a peep. Isn't she precious.
Oh and we were able to snag a "sisters" picture too.

Me and my favorite little niece. She's my only Drake niece and she's pretty much perfection.
Tucker also discovered Aunt Sarah's horses and thought those were pretty cool.

Sunday night we slept at Sarah's in laws across the street. We ate breakfast together and then the kids played until we left for the airport. Sarah, Laura and I got to do a little shopping before we left so that was awesome. We arrived home around 8 pm on Monday. It was a fast and furious trip, but so so fun!
