We went to the county fair last night and it was so fun. Just like last year, the biggest attraction for the kids was the petting zoo area. Bailey only had eyes for the baby chicks. She was so in love!
Tanner too loved holding the baby chicks. He was so gentle with them.
The kids also enjoyed milking the fake cow.
Even Tucker took a turn milking the cow. It was so funny to watch their faces as "milk" came out.
Cutest little dairy maid I've ever seen.
Tucker and Bailey were also quite obsessed with the baby goats. Tucker loved getting to pet them.
We eventually got around to riding some rides. Bailey and Tanner rode the spinning aliens together.
They loved it.
Then I took all three kids on the hot air balloon Ferris wheel.
Tucker really loved it. He loved looking out over the entire fair and pointing to everything.
Then Tanner rode the motorcycle ride.
I love this little hot rod!
Then Bailey wanted to ride the flying dinosaurs.
Wahoo!
Then we got a delicious funnel cake. The kids thoroughly enjoyed it.
And then we watched the pig races. Nothing says "redneck county fair" like an old fashioned pig race.
Although it was pretty entertaining.
Then we grabbed some burgers and drove home. It was so fun. The county fair is totally overpriced and full of crazy carnies- but it's also totally nostalgic for me and I love taking my kids.
