We took the kids to the Benton County fair yesterday. They loved it. The fair is always a blast, but as the kids get older it gets to be more and more fun.
Tanner really loved the 4-H exhibit. He's totally into goats right now. It's so funny. He must have pet every single goat.
But their favorite part of the night were these adorable baby chicks.
Seriously my kids would have stayed there all night holding these chicks.

So cute.
Daddy and the older two at the fair.
After the chicks, we bought tickets and rode some rides. The kids wanted to ride these helicopters first. We hopped on and took this green helicopter for a ride.
Then we rode the carousel. Daddy took Tanner first.
Earlier in the day we had watched "Mary Poppins" and so the kids were very excited to ride the carousel and a bit disappointed when the horses didn't jump off the carousel and gallop across the fairgrounds.

Then Bailey got a turn. She was so excited to get to ride a pink horse. She's a bit obsessed.
While Bailey rode the carousel, Tanner helped me take care of Tucker.
My sweet babies at the fair.
Our next stop was for cotton candy. You can't go to the fair and not get cotton candy.
This kid loves cotton candy.
Then we left the fair and grabbed some burgers on the way home. We ate our burgers and then the kids wanted to have a camp out in the backyard. So Dad helped them set up the tent and the three of them camped out all night outside.
Bailey had to bring along her princess on their camp out.
Tanner was pretty excited to sleep outside.
Tucker and I stayed in and enjoyed the quiet house. All-in-all, a pretty fun night. We don't have many more weekends left this summer. We are trying to enjoy the ones we have!
