Our Freak Fall Snowstorm

We had a crazy snow storm blow through today and it was awesome. It started a little bit after the kids left for school and I couldn't handle that they were all missing the fun. I picked up Tanner and Bailey from school first and then grabbed Tucker from pre-K. They were thrilled that I checked them out early. I brought them their snowsuits and we changed in the car and then found a park to play at. It was so cold but we had a great time.
This was Benson's first time really playing in the snow. He honestly wasn't a huge fan, but he gave it a valiant effort.
Tanner had a blast throwing snow and playing in the very wet snow.

Bailey had so much fun. It was so cute to watch her and Tucker make snow angels and play together.

Tucker really enjoyed throwing snow in the air and then letting it fall back down as he tried to catch some on his tongue.

Tucker also enjoyed eating the snow.
Tanner really loved piling up huge snowballs and throwing them at Mom.
We had a great time playing in the snow and I can't regret the kids missing school because we made some really fun memories.
After playing we went and got some hot chocolate and then spent the rest of the day watching movies and cuddling on the couch. Tomorrow its back to life as usual, but today we played!
