Mom's Girl's Weekend

I just got home from a great little girls' weekend. We actually stayed here in NWA at slept over at my friend Lacey Henderson's house. Her husband and kids all left on Thursday to go hunting up in Missouri, so then we all moved in. Lacey Quale came down from Nixa so that was fun as well.

Our weekend started on Thursday evening, we met at Torchy's Tacos for dinner and we shut the place down. It's so fun when we get to catch up, we could talk all night. After leaving Torchy's, we walked over to Andy's to get dessert. Then we all drove over to Lacey's house to hang out and sleep. April and Erin both had to work on Friday so they didn't stay the night. We stayed up until 2 am talking and then they both went home and we went to bed.

Friday morning we slept in  and then just hung out all day talking and snacking.

Then Friday evening we met up to all go to dinner together at "The Wooden Spoon". We had a delicious dinner. After dinner we drove out to look at April's new property, they just sold their house and they are going to build. The property was gorgeous and we had to take advantage of the golden hour light.

After dinner we just hung out at Lacey's and talked and talked.
Lacey H's house was so cute. They bought it as a fixer upper and they've worked so hard on it. It's absolutely adorable. She was a cute little host and gave us all cutting boards she made for us, along with  fresh eggs from her chickens, homemade strawberry jam and granola.

Lacey Quale brought us all hot pink Bass Pro hats, since that's where her hubby works now. That's actually the job that took them away from NWA. We had to put our new hats on and take some pics.
We stayed up super late, until about 4 am talking. Lacey H also whitened our teeth for us. It was awesome. She's so sweet. I think I'm going to see if she can also do Chris' teeth sometime. My teeth are so nice and white and bright now. I love it.

The next morning we ate breakfast and talked some more. We also look a few more pictures together in our cute hats.

After we took our pictures, April had to leave. The rest of us went back inside and played "Archduke". It's a fun card game. We talked as we played until it was time for the rest of us to head home.

We were so grateful for Lacey opening her house to all of us. She was the sweetest host and we all had a great time. I'm so grateful for sweet friends who uplift and support me. We always have the best time together. We already made plans for our next girls' trip and I can't wait.
