We've been trying extra hard this year to keep our Christmas centered on Christ. The "Light the World" campaign has been making it way easier and I'm so grateful for that. So when a local church decided to put on a live Nativity, I knew we had to go.
So on Sunday, after dinner we hopped in car and drove over to Cave Springs to see it.
We had to wait for about 20 minutes to go through it but it was worth it.

The kids were so excited!
They gave us a CD with narration that talked us through each station.
The kids loved the live animals.
It was short but great and it was a perfect way to keep our Sabbath day holy.
Then on Monday for FHE, we drove down to Fayetteville and did the Stewart Family lights.
We did this last year for the first time and really enjoyed it, so we decided to come back this year.
It was very much enjoyed again.

These crazy kids ran through all the light tunnels, pointed out every inflatable and had so much fun.
We also played snowman "Plinko" and they each got a candy.
We did the train ride again, but surprisingly Tucker didn't want to ride it. He flat out refused after I had already bought him a ticket. It was so weird. But Bailey and Tanner enjoyed it.
This little boy was a gem and loved looking around at everything.
Sometimes these kids are the best of friends. Sometimes.
We had such a great time and the weather was pretty good. It was in the 50's as opposed to the 30's like it had been previously that weekend. So we got lucky and there was hardly anyone there.
It was a perfect night for the Stewart Family Lights.

Then finally today, we got to see "Fireman Santa".
This is one of our favorite Centerton traditions. It's so cute.
The local fire department drives Santa around on the firetruck and he hands out treats to all the kids.
It was a gorgeous day for it and we all loved it.
(Except Tucker who was afraid Santa would give him another spicy candy cane. He was scarred from the last peppermint one he got from Santa. LOL).

Only four more days until we are out for Christmas vacation and I can hardly wait!!!
