Cousin's Halloween Party

We hosted another cousin's Halloween bash this weekend and it was so fun. Nanny and Papa were actually here visiting too so we got to see them as well.
We started off the party by having everyone carve pumpkins. The kids love this part and it was so fun to have Papa there to help. I have so many memories of carving pumpkins with my Dad, so it was fun to see my kids getting to make those same kind of memories with him.

After pumpkin carving everyone came inside and ate dinner.
Everyone had brought a crock pot of soup to share and we had some rolls and it was delicious.
And  then we enjoyed our spooky ice cream bar.
The theme was "We all scream for Ice cream" and  there were spiders everywhere.
It was so much fun.
I designed this poster and had it printed at fedex.
And I made this Halloween spider balloon garland.

All the toppings were halloween themed and they were served in mini cauldrons. There were also mini spiders sprinkled all over the table.

We had orange sherbet  and chocolate/vanilla swirl. And the kids got to serve their ice cream into their skeleton hand goblets. They loved it and it was really fun to see which toppings they picked.

Benson really loves being one of the big kids. He loves getting to eat all the treats and play all the games like the big kids.
We had so much fun celebrating with all the cousins and Nanny and Papa.
After our ice cream, we had a costume parade. We played our monster mash Halloween mix and walked backed and forth down the street. It was pretty great. I love seeing all the kids in their costumes. They all looked so cute.
We are so excited for Halloween next week!
