The Allred's Christmas Visit

We just enjoyed a wonderful few days with the Allreds. They flew in to Tulsa and I picked them up on Sunday. Then we drove home and hung out and ate dinner.
On Monday my kids went to school but afterwards we took our traditional cousins pj picture.
It was actually really easy. The kid did great and it was super nice.

We also took a family picture in our Christmas pajamas.

I had to get one with Clementine because I got her matching pajamas too. She looked so cute.

After the picture we made gingerbread houses. I had small gingerbread houses for all the kids and they loved it.

The kids all had a great time working on their gingerbread houses. They were frosted, candy covered messes by the end but each kid was very proud of their creation.

On Tuesday Benson didn't have preschool so him and the Allreds went to the movie to see "Encanto".
Benson and Aunt Sarah had a lot of fun together.
Hazel wasn't feeling good so she stayed home with me. We had a nice relaxing day together and Benson enjoyed some nice quality time with the Allreds.

That night Hazel was feeling better so we headed to the "Stewart Family Lights". It's a huge light display in Fayetteville. We made hot chocolate bombs first and then turned them into hot chocolate before leaving. The kids all enjoyed their cups of hot cocoa on the drive down to Fayetteville.

These cuties loved their hot chocolate bombs so much.

The light display was great. Lots of fun displays and the kids had a blast together.

Bailey's first stop was to see Santa. None of the other kids wanted to wait in the lines but Bailey did.
She loved it and made sure to tell Santa everything she wanted.
Then we checked out all the little displays and the kids took turns smiling in all of them.

Before leaving we let the kids, and aunt Sarah, ride the little train. Tanner didn't want to but all the rest of the kids did.

Meanwhile, I enjoyed some one on one with my oldest.

I love this shot of all of us girls. I love these girls so much.
We had a great time and the lights were beautiful.

Today the Allreds left for Mtn. Home while the kids were gone to school. We will leave tomorrow after we get all packed up. Today was the last day of school and we are so ready for Christmas vacation.
Stay tuned for Christmas in Mtn. Home!
