Tucker's ART Birthday Party

Today was Tucker's birthday and we had so much fun celebrating him.
He had requested birthday waffles the day before, so I woke up early so I could make him his beloved birthday sprinkle waffles and he loved it.
Tucker decided to get an early start on his school work so he could finish early. Then at noon we went outside to surprise Tucker with a birthday parade. He was so surprised. It was raining slightly so we hung out under our little beach shelter tent while we waited for the parade to start.  There were between 10-12 cars that lined up to celebrate Tucker. It was pretty adorable. We played music and handed out popsicles. Tucker loved seeing all his friends. It was such a fun and socially acceptable way to celebrate right now.
Tucker loved seeing his cute friends and so many people brought him gifts and treats. It was so adorable. He was in heaven.

So many people made signs to hold up during the parade and gave them to Tucker afterwards. It was so fun. He loved it.
He loved his parade so much. He told me after wards, "I loved that so so so so so so much."
After his parade we got "wacky pack" kid meals from sonic for everyone, that was Tucker's choice.
Then we set up his party and he loved watching it come together.
Months earlier Tucker had drawn a picture of what he wanted his party to look like and I tried to incorporate his ideas into the party style. He loved it so much.

We served paint brush rice krispy treats, juice bottles and paint palette cookies.

Tucker really loved his paint drip cake. This cake was my first time making a drip cake and it was harder than I thought, but I really love how it turned out.

Tucker was so happy! He loved his party so much.

He's the cutest little artist ever.

We started his party by doing a big google hangout with all his cousins and grandparents. He led them all through a painting tutorial and it was the cutest thing ever.

His siblings also followed along.

He led everyone through a tutorial and his painting turned out to be a stained glass window picture. It was so adorable. He gave everyone instructions as he painted and we would check in on everyone as we went to make sure they were doing ok.

We had to get a picture of all the kids with their canvas paintings.

I had so much fun helping Tucker make his vision for his party come true.
He's such a sweet, artistic boy and it was so fun to party with him.
Then we opened presents and then sang to Tucker and he blew out his candle.

Happiest of birthdays to our sweet Tucker! We love this boy so much! We had a great day celebrating and even though it was a birthday during a pandemic, I think we made the most of it and Tucker had a great day!
