Finishing off Fall

We finally went to "Jump Zone"!!!
Jump Zone is a bouncy house/inflatable play place. We've tried to go to this place more than once and for some reason it's never worked out. But finally we got to go and the kids loved it.
We spent 2-hours there and had such a blast.
There was one particular bounce house that was only for kids ages 5 and under. It was sesame street themed and so cute.
Tanner liked the sesame street bounce house but he was anxious to try out the other big kid bouncy houses.

There was a "Finding Nemo" themed bounce house and that was by far, Bailey's favorite.
She spent most her time in there and loved it
I thought this pirate ship/octopus one was pretty cool. The kids didn't love it.
Sweethearts in front of the Nemo bouncer
And this "Wall-E" bounce house was where Tanner spent most his time.
We ended up going on a Friday, so it was "Bring a Friend Friday" and bailey got in free. Pretty nice.
Tanner and Bailey loved it and we will definitely go back.

And we also checked the last thing off our Fall bucket list. The tree in our backyard lost most of it's leaves and we raked them up and played and played.

Oh how I love this little face.
And this little stud muffin- melts my heart.

Now we are leaving for Oregon tomorrow and when we get back it will almost be December. I guess that's the end of our fall season. We are excited about our trip and thanksgiving. Check back soon for pics from our trip.

Life is Going to get a Little More Crazy...

That's right. Baby #3 is coming in April. We are all very excited. If you ask Bailey she will adamantly tell you we are having a "girl baby" but if you ask Tanner he tells you it's a "brother" for him. So someone will be a little disappointed come December. We have our ultrasound on the 3rd of December and we are planning on finding out the gender.

This pregnancy is flying by, especially now that I'm feeling good again. Life is so busy that sometimes I forget we are having another baby. Hopefully we will be able to figure out how to handle 3 kids. Something about there being more kids then parents is a little scary.
Wish us luck!

A Pirate Halloween

Happy Halloween everyone. Our Halloween was incredibly busy. First on our list. "scary face pancakes"
Bailey was a huge fan of her pancake. And this little face- you've got to love it.
After breakfast I dropped Bailey off at a friends house (which she loved) and then I went to Tanner's preschool fall festival. It was so stinkin adorable. I'm glad I got to go and see him interact with his little friends. Its so cute watching him be a little person. There were 8 game stations and then a snack station. Tanner had a lot of fun.
After preschool, Tanner and I picked up Bailey and went to sonic to take advantage of their ".50 cent corndogs" Yummy
Then it was home for a quick nap while I decorate our trunk for our ward's "Trunk or Treat"
Our costumes were pirate themed, so I decorated our trunk accordingly.
Then it was time to get kids up and dressed for the Halloween events.
How cute are these little pirates.
I could not love her more.
And here is a family shot of our pirate crew.
And us doing our "pirate" faces. Arrrrr Matey!
At 3 pm, we went to the Halloween festival at Chris' office. SAM's is awesome and had the whole downstairs decorated.
Each room was decorated with a different theme. Some of our favorite rooms were: Mario, Monsters University, Cloudy with a chance of meatballs and Sesame street.
Our kids got so much candy! It was a bit ridiculous!

Then we raced over to our ward "Trunk or Treat"
Here are my cute pirates guarding our "booty". That's what Tanner called it all night. So funny!
Here's Chris taking the kids around "Trunk or Treating"
After that, we went over to Stephanie and Aaron's house to trick or treat their neighborhood and hang out with them. This little boy loved trick or treating.
little pirates holding hands while they are trick or treating. So sweet
I loved how Tanner stored his sword when he wasn't fighting off demons and ghouls. It's so cute tucked into his little belt. I was dying all night.
After trick or treating, we went back to Aaron and Stephanie's for hot cocoa and got the kids changed into their pj's. By coincidence, the kids matched little Blake. How adorable are they in their skeleton pajamas? LOVE IT!

After this we headed home. It was a very fun filled day and we were all thoroughly exhausted. Happy Halloween everyone! Until next year. Oh and I'm up for family costume theme suggestions for next year.

Nanny and Papa visit and more

Last Friday, Nanny and Papa came over for a quick visit. They came for Tanner's first primary program. We had a great visit.
Here is a picture of my kiddos with their Nanny and Papa. They were so happy to see them!
We spent Saturday showing them around the area and then we went to the pumpkin patch.
Here is a small college of pumpkin patch fun.
They were also here to help with family pictures, so that was nice.
At the end of our pictures, we drove down to the lake and found some awesome scenery.
However, the ducks were a little too distracting for pictures.
We decided to come back the next night and let the kids feed the ducks for FHE.
Isn't it gorgeous?

The kids loved feeding the ducks. Bailey was giggling so hard.

unfortunately, our fun quickly turned into tears when Bailey fell off the rocks she was playing on. Poor girl, she got all banged up.
Tanner still had a great time though.

Then on Tuesday we had a family movie night. We finally got to watch "Monsters University" and we made a big deal out of it.
While the kids were sleeping I made Monsters cupcakes. They were beyond excited when they saw them. So we had an awesome Monsters night.
Here are the kids with their "Mike Wazowski" and "Sulli" cupcakes.
Love these kids and love surprising them with fun things like this.
Even Dad liked our monster cupcakes

Doesn't this little face, covered in green, make all the hard work worth it? Love her!

It was a fun night. Next up- Halloween. I can't believe October is almost over. Crazy!
