Bailey's First Day of Pre-K

Bailey started preschool at Explore and Discover today. She could not have been more excited. She watched Tanner go to preschool last year and each time she begged to join him. Now she is finally getting her own turn and she couldn't be happier. 

Here's Bailey and I before leaving to take her to school. After her first day she told her teacher, "But I don't want to leave. I don't miss my Mom yet." Lol. I am so happy she loved it so much.

The adjustment was made easier because of this little girl. Bailey and Chloe are becoming quite the little buds. They are so cute together!

The kids walk into the classroom, hang up their bags, wash their hands and then they can get buckets out and play on the rug for awhile. Bailey didn't hesitate to join in. 

After school I picked up Bailey and we met Bailey's best little friend for ice cream to celebrate their first day of preschool. 

This face says it all. She loved her first day and she loved getting ice cream with her little bestie. 

Karina and Bailey are so stinkin' cute together.

After ice cream, we walked over to the fountain and let the girls play. They had so much fun. 

They are the best of friends and I'm so grateful we have such good people in our lives. 

And I'm so grateful they had a great first day of preschool!

Princess Pre-K Kickoff

Yesterday we hosted a Princess Pre-K Kickoff party for Bailey and some of her little girlfriends. It was our last chance to play before the craziness of school started.  It was so fun. We watched the new Cinderella movie and all the girls dressed the part. 

Two other mom's brought the food and I handled the decorations. The girls loved it all so much. 

We did up-do's for the girls who wanted one. It was completely adorable. 

I kind of love the blue and gold together. 

And since the movie had butterflies throughout, we had to use them to decorate with. It was so fun and such a cute movie. 

We served white cheddar popcorn

One of my awesome mom friends made super cute Rice Krispie Treat wands. Thank you Tori!

while the other awesome mom made Marshmallow pops

and she also made personalized water bottle labels for the occasion. So fun. Thank you Jessica!

I supplied these sweet glass slippers filled with sixlets. 

Bailey pretty much loved the entire event. She loves anything princess related and so she was in heaven with all her little girlfriends around.

I feel so blessed to know so many awesome mom's and for Bailey to have so many cute little friends to play with. This was such a fun day and I think all the girls enjoyed it

After the movie was over I found Bailey trying to get her little miniature glass slipper to fit on her foot. So cute. 

This was our last little hurrah before Bailey starts preschool next week. It's going to be so weird to have her gone three days a week, but I know she's going to love it. She's so excited for preschool!!

While the Kindergartner is away...

Since Tanner is gone every day, all day to kindergarten and Bailey's school doesn't start preschool for another week or so- we are having some fun while we can. 

We started going to storytime at the library with our friends.

We also went to the park and played so we could enjoy the cooler weather. 

Tucker is getting so big. It kind of kills me when I watch him play like a big boy. He's so much fun but getting way too big way too fast. 

And this girl is enjoying her last few weeks before preschool starts. 

We packed some snacks and enjoyed our morning at the park.

We've had a cool spell and it's getting me excited for fall. In another week or so Bailey starts school and then it will just be me and Tucker. It's going to be crazy.
